We are involved in the sale, research, development and testing of Black Wattle tannin extracts and their derivatives for the local and export markets.  Our management team and staff recognise that it is the responsibility of each and every employee to ensure that we continue to supply our customers with superior quality products and service, in line with our measurable objectives that are based on our mission and values.

To this end we commit ourselves to develop, implement and maintain our Quality Management Systems through our values of:

The nature, scale and impacts of our activities, products and services were taken into consideration during the formulation of this Policy.  Our Strategic and Management Reviews provide the framework for establishment, setting and reviewing of our Quality Objectives and performances.

The Quality Policy is communicated to our employees and the understanding of the policy will be periodically verified to ensure the alignment of the Quality Policy.  The Quality Policy is available to the relevant interested parties, as appropriate.  The Quality Policy is subjected to periodic Management Reviews to ensure its continued suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
